“ What should I be looking for in an architect? “

ANSWER:

For one thing, it is unlawful to have the word “Architecture” in the name of a firm without the president/principal being a registered architect (Mr. Balber is a registered architect). It may sound obvious, but many businesses have been fined for falsely representing themselves. It is also unlawful for the term “Architects” plural to be used unless there are two or more registered architects working in the firm. Mr. Balber will always be the architect of record for his projects. He takes great pride in all of his designs and takes a very personal/hands-on approach to every job he undertakes.
